PTO MEMBERSHIP

We are holding a contest for PTO Family Memberships. If you join the PTO with a PAID membership, you will be entered in a raffle for a free Spirit wear item of your choice. Membership is $10.00. If you already joined with a PAID membership you will be included in the raffle. Deadline to join is Friday, October 2nd. The winner will be chosen at our October PTO membership meeting. You do not need to be present.

Volunteer Opportunities:

We will work in the Student Support Center (S.S.C.) so volunteers will need to come and leave through the "E" door. The "E" door is on the side of the building by the field, right past the gym.

Monday's & Wednesdays before school at 6:45am

Tuesdays after school at 3:00pm

Saturdays: 5th & the 19th from 9:00 - 11:00am

SCHOOL SUCCESS SKILLS SERIES

Free 4-week series for grades 6-8. It covers practicle skills and real-life stratagies to help middle schoolers handle challenges, build confidence, and succeed in and out of the classroom. See flyer for more information.

Wilco is celebrating 50 years with an open house, honoring our past, inspiring our future. Open House is Thursday, September 17th, 2026 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Location Wilco, 500 Wilco Blvd, IL. 60446. There will be tours, student showcases, and alumni and staff reunions.

Updated Laptop & Charger Policy
To foster daily student accountability, we will no longer issue loaner laptops or chargers for forgotten devices.
  • Damaged Devices: If a student's device is damaged and requires repair, they should report to the Media Center to drop off their laptop and pick up a temporary loaner. Loaners will also be issued for state testing days as needed.

  • Daily Expectations: Other than repairs or state testing, students are expected to bring their charged Chromebook and charger to school every day

DRAMA CLUB

HOMEWORK CLUB & FRIDAY SCHOOL

LAST HOMEWORK CLUB DATE: MAY 7th
Homework Club is every Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00-3:45pm in room Homework Club is a quiet place for all students to complete schoolwork after school hours. It runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:05-3:45pm in room 106. A teacher will be available to assist with work and answer any questions. Students can simply show up, sign in, and get to work. No club pass required. In cases of work completion concerns or excessive absence, attendance may be required by teachers, administrators, or parents.
Friday School is every Friday from 3:00-6:00pm in room 111.
Both are great ways for kids to get help with their homework with teacher assistance.

LEADERSHIP CLUB
